How we support:

Climate change has become a global threat, and must be acted against, before it is too late. This realization resulted in a shift for us, from providing the conventional MEP design solutions towards providing more sustainable solutions.

According to the Annual Statistics Report published by DEWA, the Residential sector was responsible for about 30% of the total energy consumed in Dubai, in 2022 and 79% of the total electricity consumed in residential applications was for cooling and air conditioning systems.

We at Evercool recommend solutions that align with our client’s sustainability objectives without compromising on client comfort or requiring excessive investment and costs.

How do we do this?

Energy efficient systems and CO2 Footprint reduction

We at Evercool try to minimize the usage of energy and water at our work sites and processes in order to conserve natural resources by using Energy efficient systems such as:

  • High energy efficient inverter units with lower power consumption
  • Optimizing system design and controls based on exact requirements

Life cycle assessment and Proper maintenance schedules

Evercool uses Life-cycle assessment (LCA), a robust and scientific tool that measures the environmental impact of buildings and products. Furthermore, by integrating LCA into the digital model it becomes possible to identify opportunities for improvement. This allows us to make informed decisions regarding equipment selection, recycling or repurposing, and maintenance strategies.

Optimal Material Use

The material used in MEP systems plays an important role in deciding the efficiency of the system. Evercool uses material with optimum heat-transfer coefficient, as per the location and orientation of the building that help reduce the load on HVAC systems in the building.

Waste Minimization and Recycling:

One of our primary objectives is to minimize waste generation across all our work sites and processes. We do this by making an efficient use of resources such as

  • Technicians located in different zones to minimize running time
  • Cutting lead time based on vehicle trackers and scheduling
  • Through Centralized allotment System and regular follow ups

Retrofitting

A large proportion of Dubai's building developments were built during the construction boom at the turn of the century, making retrofitting even more important.

Retrofitting older buildings is now essential to meet energy efficiency and performance standards. 

We at Evercool modify deteriorating inefficient systems in old constructions with optimal efficient components.

The commonly used refrigerants in air conditioning systems contribute greatly to greenhouse gas emissions and ozone depletion, consequently putting our environment at stake. At Evercool, we are committed to healthier lifestyles and reducing our environmental footprint

Our MEP services are compatible with the latest technologies which result in cost-efficient and energy-efficient solutions:

  • Our heating system reduces heat losses and maintains adequate airflow throughout the indoor spaces. maximizes the use of natural resources as heat sources rather than depending completely on electricity. The system also uses heat from machines and human activities.
  • Our Sensor systems regulate and monitor energy consumption by HVAC and other devices. They automate the process of analysis and collection of data, thereby giving a real-time operational overview of the building’s services. 

Maintaining higher levels of Indoor air quality:

Proper maintenance and monitoring of MEP systems are critical to ensure that indoor air quality is maintained over time. Evercool carries out regular inspections, cleaning of coils, ducts, units etc., and replacement of filters and other components, as well as ongoing monitoring of air quality and temperature.
